Can the Picnic Package be set up indoors and/or outdoors?

Absolutely! Whatever season your event falls into we can set it up indoors or outdoors depending on the day. On a Summer’s day you could have the picnic package outside in the heat of the day and bring it inside or under cover for the evening to gather around. On a Winter’s day we could set it up in your living room or inside at another venue.

Do we need to pay a bond?

No we don’t require a bond, but we do require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking and to lock in the date.

Do you hire out part-packages? I.e. the trestle tables on their own?

Yes, we can customise packages to suit just what you need. This might be just 1 or 2 of the trestle tables. Get in touch to let us know what you require and we will provide a quote for a custom package, just for you!

Can we supply our own food and drinks?

Of course! Most set ups are at private homes and some opt to whip up the drinks and nibbles themselves. If the picnic package is set up in a public location you are more than welcome to bring your own picnic basket with your favourite treats!

Is there a child-friendly option for children’s parties?

Yes, we have 2x kid’s teepees to add to the package for a child’s party and we can choose child friendly rugs and cushions. Please enquire via our Contact Us page to discuss requirements for your child’s party.
